Born on December 29, 1960

In 1982 graduted from Moscow State Insitute of International Relations (MGIMO University). Speaks English and French. Has a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary assigned in October 2020

In 1982 joined the diplomatic service. Held various diplomatic positions both in the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and USSR/Russia's missions abroad

2002-2009 — Consul General of the Russian Federation in Montreal, Canada

2009-2012 — Assistant to the Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Moscow

2012-2017 — Consul General of the Russian Federation in New York, USA 

2017-2019 — Director, Security Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Moscow

2019-2023 — Director, Department of Human Resources, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Moscow

Since October 3, 2023  Permanent Represetative of the Russian Federation to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and other international organizations in Rome
